Jen Montgomery-Rice, M.Ed. splits her time between Maine and Florida with her husband, two dogs and two cats. She started her career as an elementary school teacher before owning a large child care/preschool for many years. Jen wants to see more love and kindness in the world, and writes to encourage those things in children.  When she’s not writing, Jen enjoys traveling, running, pig-piling with her pets and hanging out with her grandchildren.
